Dan Bullard, BROKER, Realtor
Dan is a Wilmington, North Carolina native and hails from roots deeply planted throughout Southeastern North Carolina. He brings with him decades of experience across multiple professional endeavors that helped develop a passion for building relationships. His extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, paired with his attention to detail and commitment to serve others called him to pursue a career in the field. Dan obtained his license in March of 2019, and has since been a member of several committees with Cape Fear Realtors — the local association for real estate professionals — including Vice Chairman of the Young Professionals Network, Government Affairs Committee, and Realtors Political Action Committee. Pamela Calhoun, BROKER
Pam has called Wilmington, NC home since 2010 and has no plans to ever leave the beautiful coast. After graduating from Louisiana University in 2001, (GEAUX TIGERS!) she started a career in medical sales all over the country, until starting her family her in NC. Now that her kids are in school, she is eager to assist sellers and buyers with her upbeat and positive attitude. She has a passion for “cutting out the clutter,” and organizing. Barry Quinton Clayton Jr., BROKER
Born in Cary, NC, Quint Clayton moved to Wilmington in 2006 after a life of full time residency in the triangle. Quint has always been involved in some type of sales or sales planning from his early years, either through directly managing multiple sales teams throughout the country for a variety of companies or by acting as an independent contractor. In fact, Quint started his sales career in the retail jewelry industry when he was just 15 years old. A graduate of North Carolina State University (’93), Quint accumulated over 20 years experience in the import/export gift industry working as a National Import Director for several large import gift companies. After relocating to Wilmington in order to savor the beach life and all that if offers, Quint opened a sports trade licensing firm in 2009, employing independent reps throughout the southeast and mid-atlantic states. His extensive sales experience eventually landed itself to a natural progression into real estate and a perfect match was made. Quint is passionate about his work and enjoys helping others with it, understanding that this is often the most important decision made by buyers and sellers in regards to selling their properties.
Rhonda Davis, BROKER, Broker in Charge-Surf City
Rhonda is a West Virginia native but has called Topsail Island her second home for as long as she can remember. Her father, who served at Camp Lejeune in the US Marines, always returned to the beautiful Topsail beaches for vacations and special occasions which filled her with wonderful memories and created lasting friendships. Every vacation from childhood to adulthood was spent somewhere on the island and eventually she bought a home to live part-time while life and opportunities took her to other places around the country. No matter where she visited or lived though, the Island always seemed to be calling her back and she finally made it her full time residence. With over a decade of real estate experience, along with a love and knowledge of the area, Rhonda is ready to help you find your perfect home, investment property, or vacant land. Rhonda has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and communications experience that will only add to the quality of service she provides her real estate clients. She has taught at the collegiate level and is a professional grant writer and non-profit consultant. Her number one goal is to help people and organizations by utilizing her skills and connections to make things better for those around her.
Erica Dubois, BROKER
Erica was born and raised on the East Coast before making the move to Los Angeles in 1990, where she spent the next 30 years building a successful career. With a background in sales and marketing across multiple industries—along with 12 years as a gym owner— she brings a strong work ethic, sharp business instincts, and a genuine, client‑first approach to every interaction . In 2017, Erica followed her passion and became a full‑time Realtor, a profession she truly loves . She and her husband, a retired law enforcement officer, relocated to Leland in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the Wilmington area and its coastal lifestyle. They have one son who proudly served five years in the U.S. Navy and now works as an air traffic controller with the FAA. Outside of real estate, Erica and her husband share a love of music and perform together in a cover band throughout the Cape Fear region. Erica intentionally partners with a limited number of clients at a time , ensuring each receives her full attention, dedicated guidance, and highly personalized service from the first conversation to the closing table.
Casey Geer, BROKER
Casey was born and raised in Long Island, New York but has called Wilmington her home since 2013. She moved to the area to complete a masters degree in Environmental Science at UNCW and decided it was the perfect place to stay and raise a family. Casey worked in the science field for years teaching the public about various environmental topics that make living in coastal North Carolina so unique. She enjoys seeing the growth happening around Wilmington as people discover this amazing beach town and decide to settle down here too. Casey looks forward to building relationships with clients and assisting them in finding their dream home!
Paul Grant, BROKER
Originally from the town of Pinehurst, North Carolina, Paul moved to Wilmington in 1993 and Topsail Island in 2014. Since then, he has enjoyed making Topsail island his home with wife Melinda and daughter, Gracie. Paul enjoys the beach, food & wine, a good workout, and family time with his wife, daughter and several animals including his dog Maggie, two cats and several rabbits. He has 40 years of experience in the building industry and spend 20 years as a sales representative for a regional builder of custom homes. During that tenure, Paul spent much of his time traveling from Bald Head Island to Morehead City and even back to his hometown of Pinehurst. His extensive knowledge of building, including planning, design, and financing, provides an excellent background for assisting clients throughout their real estate transactions.
Terrie Hardy, RSPS, GRI, PSA, MRP, ABR
Although not a native Terrie has been local since 2016 when she moved to the island (NTB) and joined the sales team with Lewis Realty. She has owned property in the area since 2006 and vacationed here long before purchasing property. Having originally purchased in a townhome community here on the island, then a making a land purchase and later building on the island she gained a great deal of knowledge about the pros/cons and sometimes unique challenges that owning island/coastal property may present. She is organized, has a strong work ethic, is a straight shooter and takes great care to provide each and every client the customer service they deserve. The importance of training and keeping informed about local issues may impact property ownership are a priority for Terrie. While working full time she was able to obtain her AAS in Criminal Justice, a BA in Justice Studies and a MA in Liberal Arts (Go Pack!). Prior to moving to Topsail Island Terrie lived in the Raleigh area. She worked as a sworn law enforcement officer for 25 years, retiring as a District Commander, and knows how to work with people to help them realistically achieve their goals. Upon retirement she pursued her long time desires of becoming a real estate broker and moving to Topsail Island. Not only did she obtain her real estate license, she spent numerous additional hours on additional trainings offered by the National Association of Realtors ® obtaining her Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and certifications as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Christopher LaCoe, BROKER
Chris was born and raised in Eastern NC. He attended UNCW and Mt. Olive College and moved to the Leland area in 2003. Chris has an extensive background in owning restaurants and several other businesses including a new Brewery in Leland, NC which is scheduled to open late 2020. He is, and has been, active on multiple local boards over the last several years including Community in Schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Leland Tourism Development Authority. Chris’s expensive knowledge in the New Hanover and Brunswick County areas truly helps with his clients total experience.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Shelly is proud to call this beautiful state home. After graduating from North Carolina State University, she began her career in banking, spending nine years mastering the full scope of originating both commercial and residential loans. This experience gave her a strong financial foundation and a comprehensive understanding of real estate, including the nuances of market values across a diverse range of property types. In 2007, Shelly fulfilled her dream of moving to the coast, where she continued her banking career while her passion for real estate steadily grew. She became a Leadership Wilmington graduate in 2010 and member of The Wilmington Central Rotary. Sean Walker, BROKER
Sean has called South Eastern NC his home since he was first introduced to the area as a Marine Corps Aviator in 2010. While finishing his tour of duty in NC, he and his family fell in love with the beautiful NC coast. Prior to joining the military, Sean received his BAA degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University and went on to start multiple successful businesses in Santa Fe, NM. He believes in the sustained growth of the Carolinas and is particularly confident in the tremendous value offered by the thriving, historic city of Wilmington and its surrounding areas. He affirms that honest, open, straight forward business and solid communication is the key to a winning transaction. As a NC Broker he will listen to his client’s real estate objectives and apply his disciplined business acumen on their behalf. James Arthur Wicker, Owner and Vice President of Wicker Properties, SFR
Born and raised in North Carolina and a graduate of UNC, James began his real estate career in convenient store development, building and acquisitions. He has over 21 years experience in this field as President/Co-Owner of Wicker Mart, Inc. He specialized in acquiring, developing land, and building for convenient stores, mini storages and car washes throughout mid North Carolina. James became Vice President of the North Carolina Convenient Store Association and was a Chairman of the Lee County Planning Board for 9 years. In 1999 he took a different approach in real estate and began concentrating on land, residential, and commercial properties. James obtained his Real Estate License in September of 2003 and became a Sales Associate and Broker. Creating his own company, Wicker Properties of the Carolinas, Inc. in October of 2005 and adding to his education, James obtained the designation of Short Sales and Foreclosures Resale Certification. This designation helps sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. James enjoys negotiating for buyers and sellers and takes pride in representing the best interests of his clients through each transaction.
