Born and raised in North Carolina, Shelly is proud to call this beautiful state home. After graduating from North Carolina State University, she began her career in banking, spending nine years mastering the full scope of originating both commercial and residential loans. This experience gave her a strong financial foundation and a comprehensive understanding of real estate, including the nuances of market values across a diverse range of property types.

In 2007, Shelly fulfilled her dream of moving to the coast, where she continued her banking career while her passion for real estate steadily grew. She became a Leadership Wilmington graduate in 2010 and member of The Wilmington Central Rotary.

In 2012, she earned her real estate license and has been dedicated to serving her clients with enthusiasm and integrity ever since. Shelly’s background in banking uniquely positioned her to guide clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
