Rhonda is a West Virginia native but has called Topsail Island her second home for as long as she can remember. Her father, who served at Camp Lejeune in the US Marines, always returned to the beautiful Topsail beaches for vacations and special occasions which filled her with wonderful memories and created lasting friendships. Every vacation from childhood to adulthood was spent somewhere on the island and eventually she bought a home to live part-time while life and opportunities took her to other places around the country. No matter where she visited or lived though, the Island always seemed to be calling her back and she finally made it her full time residence.
